Refund and Returns Policy
1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made on rauchika.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed. This applies to all products, including apparel, gift items, embroidered products, spices, and grains.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions (Where Required by Law)
Returns or refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
An incorrect product, size, or specification has been delivered.
The order has not been delivered.
A cancellation request is submitted and accepted before dispatch.
All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email to info@rauchika.com, along with the order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We reserve the right to verify the claim before processing a resolution.
3. Custom and Perishable Products
Customised, embroidered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.
Perishable goods, including food items such as spices and grains, cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
4. Refund Process (Exceptions Only)
In the event a refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If GST was charged, a credit note will be issued in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. GST and Tax Credit
Where applicable, refunds will include the GST component. If a refund is processed, a tax credit note will be issued in accordance with Section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017, within the statutory deadlines.
6. Items Damaged in Transit
If your order appears damaged upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours.
Kindly include:
1. Clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging
2. A brief note describing the issue.
3. And importantly: an unboxing video is required if you’re requesting a refund.This helps us verify the issue quickly and ensures a smooth process. Based on our assessment, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
